Houston Astros owner Jim Crane held a press conference with the media on January 13, 2020 shortly after the MLB announced that they decided to suspend manager A.J. Hinch and general manager Jeff Luhnow for stealing signs in their 2017 World Series season. An MLB investigation confirmed the Astros had cheated by using a camera-based sign-stealing system.
